Car hire	There is no local Car Hire. Please contact major car hire companies in either Fort William or Glasgow
Car parking	Free, onsite car parking
Check in and out	Hotel & Bunkhouse Check-in is at 15.00 hrs Bunkhouse Check-out is at 10.00 hrs, Hotel at 11.00hrs Later check-out is available on request, although a charge may apply.
Children and families	Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of rooms are available in which we can accommodate additional beds. Children under 5 stay free. Children aged 5-12 pay the rate of £15 when sharing their parent’s room. Children aged over 12 pay the rate of £35.00 when sharing their parent’s room. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, please request the use of these when making a booking.
Communications – email, fax, modem & facilities	Fax, printing and photocopying facilities are available at Reception.
Currency and credit cards accepted	The hotel accepts £ sterling travellers cheques as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Switch. All cheques must be accompanied by a valid bank card.
Disabled	The hotel rooms are all on the first floor, accessed by a flight of stairs. While we do not have a lift, staff members are always available to assist where necessary
Functions	Functions are accommodated in our Lounge and Hotel Restaurant areas where a maximum number of 50 is comfortably seated
Laundry	A self-service laundry facility is available at the Hotel, and tokens for machines are available at Reception.
Medical and dental	Accident and Emergency Departments are available at the hospitals in both Fort William and Oban.
Packed and picnic meals	Packed breakfast & lunch is available and may be collected either at 10.30pm or 7.30am. Please ask at Reception for details.
Pets	We do not allow pets in other public areas or in the Hotel or Bunkhouse. Walkers may bring their pets into bar area only.
Restaurant	Our Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week. Breakfast is available to non-residents in either the Bar Restaurant or the Hotel Restaurant at £11.50 for a full Scottish breakfast.
Service Charge	Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion
Smoking	No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the hotel.
Special diets	The hotel caters for just about any special diets, but advance notice is necessary. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the restaurant.
Special occasions – if you’re celebrating one during your stay....we can make it memorable....	Reception are happy to assist with arranging any of the following, to make your stay extra special - champagne, chocolates, flowers, or celebration cakes. Please let us have at least one weeks notice.
