Terms & Conditions

All hotel bookings made by telephone and email are taken with a valid credit/debit card.
Cancellation is free of charge if done by midday 2 days prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, 1 night will be charged.

Online Bookings:

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.  Cancellation is by midday 2 days prior to arrival, In the event of late cancellation or no-show, 1 night will be charged. Any cancellation is subject to a £5 administration fee.

Sorry, we do not allow pets.

The hotel is strictly a non-smoking hotel. If you are found to have been smoking, a charge of £100 may be made.

For the security and safety of guests, staff and their belongings, the hotel is locked and alarmed at night. There is an emergency number provided at reception. If you plan to leave early, or arrive late, please let us know so that we can arrange to have the hotel opened for you.
