* Take time to relax and enjoy the scenery and tranquillity of Glen Orchy and the local area
* Meet at 10.30am, ready to depart for a Highland Adventure Safari, a 4x4 guided excursion through rugged Scottish terrain, with tea, coffee, whisky and shortbread
* Return to the lounge for warming mulled wine and gingerbread
* Make your way to the restaurant for a 4-course New Year Dinner
* After dinner make your way to the bar for a ceilidh where our live band will welcome the New Year followed by haggis parcels
