Room allocation

The Bridge of Orchy Hotel have 32 well appointed rooms altogether.
10 of the 32 rooms situated in the main building. These newly refurbished rooms are decorated in a traditional style and overlook the surrounding countryside.


21 rooms in the Annex buildings are offering exceptional views and comfort and so the Orchy Cottage which stands on its own.

WiFi is available in the common areas for our guests and visitors.

Useful information

The prices displayed on the Website are per night per room based on maximum of 2 people sharing.
Extra persons in the room must be agreed by the Hotel prior to arrival. 
Additional charges apply. 
• Additional adult £40 (pull out bed or sofa bed) 
• Additional child (3y – 12y) £20 (pull out bed or sofa bed)
• Baby cot Free of charge (travel cot) 
Some of the Superior and View rooms may take up to 3 people. Please be aware that the rooms may be very tight for 3 people sharing the room. Any additional person (adult or child) not indicated at time of booking may be refused.  


Dogs at Bridge of Orchy

Some rooms are dog friendly however an additional £20 is charged per stay for well behaved dogs.
This fee is not part of the room rate and needs to be paid either directly at the time of the reservation or on arrival at check-in. 
We accept dogs in the Black Mountain view, Glen Orchy view, River Orchy view rooms.

The hotel is easily accessible by car, train and coach.



By CAR

Overlooking the River Orchy in the shadow of Beinn Dorain on the A82, the hotel is a two hour drive from Glasgow, two and a half hours from Edinburgh and a one hour drive from Oban.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION is available at The Bridge of Orchy Community Hall. It is only a one minute walk to/from our hotel. You are welcome to our BAR with RESTAURANT while waiting for your car to be ready. Please be aware that the charger is NOT a rapid charger.
The closest petrol station is in Tyndrum at the Green Well Shop 7 miles towards Glasgow.

Travel direct from London Euston on the Caledonian Sleeper to the Bridge of Orchy railway station, only a two minute walk to the hotel.

From Glasgow, there is a direct service up the spectacular West Highland Line, a stunning two hour journey.
